Limelight Electrix

One of your seven live ads sends paying clicks to a page with an expired security certificate.

The goal

Most Perth electrical businesses your size sit between $30k and $100k a month. If the goal is holding $100k consistently rather than riding the season, this is about the gap between those two numbers.

What we found

1

One of your seven live ads sends paying clicks to a page with an expired security certificate

Checked 17 September 2026: one of your seven live Google ads has the display URL landing.limelightelectrix.com.au. Fetching that host returns "certificate verify failed: certificate has expired". This is a genuine expired certificate, not a bot block, the handshake fails before any page can load, and the subdomain is also indexed and surfacing in ordinary Google search results.

What it costs: Someone clicks a live paid ad and gets a full-page browser warning: "Your connection is not private". For a trade selling on safety and trust, being introduced to a customer by a security warning is close to the worst possible first impression, and it's costing you money right now.

The fix: Renew the certificate today, or pause the ad pointing at it until you do.

2

There is no contact form anywhere on your website. Every 'REQUEST SERVICE' button leads to a page with no form.

Checked across the homepage, /booragoon/, /contact/ and your service pages: phone number visible, click-to-call working, but not one form anywhere. Email is obfuscated. Your primary call to action, "REQUEST SERVICE", appears six times on your Booragoon page alone and every instance leads to /contact/, which has no form.

What it costs: Anyone who can't talk right now, at work, on a jobsite, evenings with a sleeping baby, has no way to convert. In a trade where customers are often comparing three quotes on their phone in the evening, that's a large share of the market with nowhere to go.

The fix: Put a real form on /contact/: name, phone, email, suburb, what you need, photo upload.

See it yourself, no form on the page →

3

Your emergency page says '24/7' and the footer of that same page says Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm

The emergency page's own heading reads "24/7 EMERGENCY ELECTRICIAN PERTH", title "Available Now". The footer on that identical page reads "Mon - Fri: 7am - 4pm", which is also the hours published sitewide.

What it costs: Someone with a real emergency at 9pm on a Saturday is told two different things by the same page, and can't tell which one is true.

The fix: Resolve it one way: either you do after-hours work and the published hours are wrong, or you don't and the emergency page needs rewriting.

4

You've traded for 18 years and it's claimed nowhere on your site

Your ABN has been active and GST-registered continuously since 14 January 2008, that's 18 years and 8 months. Checked across the homepage, /about/, /contact/, /booragoon/ and your service pages: no "since 2008", no "established", no years-in-business claim of any kind.

What it costs: Longevity is one of the few things a homeowner can actually verify before letting a stranger into the house, on the public register in ten seconds. It's the cheapest, lowest-risk credibility asset available and it's currently sitting unused.

The fix: Add "Serving Perth since 2008" to the homepage and the about page. Costs nothing, carries no risk.

Before you go

How did you find this without talking to us?

Everything in this audit came from public data: your website, your Google listing, and public ad libraries. Nothing came from inside your business, and if anything here is wrong, tell us and we'll correct it.

Does this cost anything?

No. This audit is free, and there's no obligation to work with us afterwards either way.

What actually happens if I get in touch?

A quick, no-pressure chat about what we found and whether it's worth fixing. If it's not a fit, no hard feelings.

Hey, thanks for taking a look at the audit.

I only spent about half an hour on your digital presence and found these four things. They're not the biggest issues out there, but they all add up to how you rank and how you show up online.

If you want to go deeper, I'd love to take a proper look at your paid ads, specifically Google and Meta, and hear a bit about your business and where you want to take it, whether there's a revenue number you're chasing. We specialise in Perth service businesses, tradies and schools included.

If any of this is worth a conversation, send me a message below and I'll give you a call.

Thanks,
Chris

No obligation. We'll just talk you through what we found.
